The short version: your profile, résumés, API keys, and email credentials are stored in your browser and nowhere else. Job posts you score go directly from your browser to Google Gemini using your own API key. Our backend never sees any of it.

What is stored on your device

Held in your browser's local extension storage, readable only by this extension:

Uninstalling the extension deletes all of it. You can also clear the history any time from Settings → Account.

What leaves your device, and to whom

To Google Gemini — the text of a job post you choose to score, plus your profile fields, sent with your own API key. These requests never pass through our servers.

To Google Gmail — only when you press Send, and only with OAuth: the message you reviewed. The scope is gmail.send, which cannot read your mailbox. Email is sent straight from your browser to Gmail — our servers are not involved.

To public web pages — to read a job post, the extension fetches the page's public HTML, the same page anyone can open without signing in. It sends no cookies and no credentials, and never signs into LinkedIn, Naukri, or any account on your behalf.

To our backend (only if you use an account) — we store exactly your email, name, a hashed password, sign-in timestamps, and three usage counters (searches run, posts scored, emails sent). No profile, no résumé, no keys, no recruiter contacts.

What we never do

We never sell, rent, or share your data with anyone.
We never read your inbox — the Gmail scope makes it technically impossible.
We never log into job portals as you.
We never send email without you reviewing and pressing Send.
We never transmit your API keys or résumés to our servers.
We never use your data to train anything.

Google user data & Limited Use

The extension's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We request only the gmail.send scope, use it solely to send outreach email that you compose and approve, and never transfer or use that access for any other purpose.

Retention

On your device: until you delete it or uninstall. Account record: until you ask us to delete it. To delete your account, email the address below.
